On December 16th, 2021, Claudia Dellapina successfully discussed the master’s thesis in Food Science and Technology entitled “CONTRIBUTION OF HEMP FIBER TO THE NUTRITIONAL PROFILE OF BLACK SOLDIER FLY LARVAES”. The thesis work, supervised by Prof. Martina Cirlini of the University of Parma Department of Food and Drug, involved the project partners SITEIA – University of Parma, Azienda Agraria Sperimentale Stuard and CREA Genomics and Bioinformatics. Dr. Vita Maria Cristiana Moliterni and Dr. Lorenzo Del Vecchio (Co-supervisors), Roberto Reggiani (Business Tutor) and Dr. Marco Errani collaborated on the thesis.
